Brew all winter with confidence. If your house gets a bit chilly these Winter nights, you may have problems keeping the yeast happy in your brew.  Beer Ale yeasts and Turbo yeasts may become inactive if the temperature in your fermentor drops too low.

Sitting your fermentor on the heat panel during the night will provide enough warmth to maintain the yeast at a temperature that will keep your fermentor happily bubbling away and your brew on track.
