Brewers Choice Rewards
Welcome to the Brewers Choice Rewards Program, a program designed to reward our regular customers. All members of the Rewards program can expect to receive special discounts and promotion prices, Birthday discounts, free vouchers for use in any of our stores and special Rewards Program-exclusive events.
We hope you enjoy the benefits of the program. Listed below are answers to frequently asked questions about the Rewards program. If you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to ask one of our Store Managers.
What are the benefits?
- Rewards members have access to special promotional discounts on certain products.
- Rewards members receive a $5.00 discount on their birthday.
- Rewards members will earn points when they purchase any product from any Brewers Choice store. These points can then be redeemed as part or complete payment of a subsequent purchase or as a gift voucher.
- Rewards members will receive special email notification on special products and deals, as well as accumulated points.
- Rewards member can receive additional bonus points when certain promotional items are purchased.
How do I earn points?
- Every time you spend $10.00 or more in any Brewers Choice store, you will earn rewards points on every dollar spent.
- Points are earned at the rate of 2.5 points for every dollar you spend (minimum $10.00 purchase to qualify)
- Extra points can be earned when you buy specific promotional products. You will be notified of these special products through email and in-store displays.
How do I spend my points?
- For every 100 points you earn, you have $1.00 to spend.
- You can redeem Rewards points in any Brewers Choice store as part or full payment for product.
- We will post you a Rewards voucher when your points tally reaches $15.00 (1500 points) or more. The Rewards voucher can then be spent in any Brewers Choice store.
How do I join?
- Anybody can join - all we need is your name, address, age and email.
- There is a membership fee of $2.00 to cover the cost of the Rewards card
- You can join for free if you make a purchase of $100.00 or more.
I've joined - what happens now?
- Every time you buy something in a Brewers Choice store, your points tally will automatically be increased (minimum $10.00 purchase).
- Look out for special promotions for Rewards members.
- Look out for special discounts for Rewards members.
- Look forward to the Brewers Choice birthday present!
- Look out for the periodic Rewards member’s email which will tell you about special promotional deals and how to earn more points.
- Look forward to special Rewards member-exclusive events.
So I've earned some points - but how many do I have?
- Ask your store manager, he will be able to tell you.
- We will advise you in periodic Brewers Choice Rewards emails sent direct to you.
The Fine Print!
- Points are earned for every dollar, or part thereof, spent subject to a $10 minimum purchase. Once a minimum purchase is made, points are awarded for the total purchase, including the initial $10.Â
- Special discounts will be offered at Brewers Choice discretion on select products for Rewards customers
- A $5 Birthday discount is available on your birthday or nearest trading day to it, on proof of your date of birth.
- Bonus points will be offered periodically on selected products
- Joining fee is $2.00, and includes a Rewards Card
- Joining fee is waived for purchases of $100 or over
- Replacement for lost cards - $2.00
- Reward vouchers automatically sent when $15.00 or more of points have accrued.
- Reward Vouchers are valid for 60 days.
- No change or part-value vouchers will be given if the full voucher amount is not used.
- Points accrue at 2.5 points for every dollar spent (minimum $10.00 purchase to obtain points)
- Points are redeemed at the rate of 1$ = 100 points.
Terms and conditions of use:
Every Rewards Program member is subject to the following terms and conditions. It is the Member's responsibility to read and understand them. The Terms and Conditions applicable to Reward Program redemption will be those in force at the time the Points are redeemed for that reward.
- Brewers Choice reserves the right to modify or rescind the Brewers Choice rewards program at any time, without notice.
- Brewers Choice has the right to refuse membership of the Rewards program to any person.
- Brewers Choice has the right to rescind membership of a current Rewards program member if the member is deemed to be unacceptable to the program.
- Rewards membership will expire if there has been no purchase for a period of 1 year.
- Members will be taken to have received notice of any changes to these Terms and Conditions if Brewers Choice notifies the Member of the change by any method including by providing notice at an address provided to Brewers Choice by the Member, by advising the Member by e-mail or by posting details of the changes on this website.
- Brewers Choice will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any Member as a result of Brewers Choice making any changes to, or canceling of, the Rewards Program.
- By using the Rewards Card or Membership number, or claiming any Benefit, the Member agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and provides their consent to Brewers Choice to hold their personal information and correspond with them using the contact information provided by the Member.
- To earn points, Members must produce their Rewards Program card. Points will not be awarded in relation to any products or services that are cancelled, refunded or returned. Brewers Choice may cancel or deduct any Points that have been awarded in relation to cancelled, refunded or returned products or services.
- Rewards Vouchers are valid for 60 days. Brewers Choice is not liable in any way for expired Vouchers.
- Brewers Choice reserves the right to reverse or cancel any Points credited to a Member incorrectly, not in accordance with, or in breach of, the Terms and Conditions at any time without liability.
- Discounts, discounted products, special events, promotional prices and promotional products may change from time to time and may be subject to limited availability. Â Â Brewers Choice reserves the right at all times to withdraw, cancel, withhold, deny access to, or use of, or in any way change any of the Rewards or Benefits previously advertised, offered to or accepted by any Member at any time without liability, subject to applicable laws.
