Sausage Making Even Easier – Meet Gonzo MkII
As part of the demos at Kooralbyn, I had to teach Sausage making. Never having
done this before, I thought I had better try it. So Friday night saw me mixing
seasonings and loading sausage guns. What I thought was going to be a long night
was all done in very short time. Using a Sausage Gun made it very easy. And the
best part was being able to cook up the leftovers and serve them at a dinner party
on Saturday night. (It wasn't a very flash dinner party!!!). I was pretty proud to be
serving great tasting, HOT Thai Chilli sausages, from our Gourmet Choice range,
MADE BY ME!
