New Food Smoker Has Arrived
There are many occasions when it would be great to easily smoke some Fish, Chicken, Pork, Sausages or even a Capsicum. But generally it is all too hard. Not any more, with the NEW Brewers Choice Smoker, a compact unit that is dead easy to use and takes two minutes to set up.
Chapel Hill manager Tony road-tested it recently to find it produced a great result, smoking/cooking chicken breasts in 45mins. He ate some of the chicken for dinner and was bringing it to the shop over the next two days for lunch!
The unit itself looks and stores like a stainless steel "briefcase" and contains two metho burners and a chip tray with lid for enclosed cooking which produces very little escaping smoke - making it great for use in any semi enclosed BBQ area. Works great with fresh meat or any of our range of Gourmet Choice Sausages. There is plenty of room for food with two smoking racks approx 400mm x 300 and it's simple to use.
There is also a range of 6 Smoker Sawdusts to choose from:
• Hickory
• Blue Gum
• Spotted Gum Brush Box
• Iron Bark
To Use:
• Add Metho (75ml ea) to the two burners and a hand full of wood chips to the tray (a free bag of chips included when you purchase the smoker).
• Place food on the wire racks, place racks in position, put the lid on.
• Light the burners and “YOU'RE SMOKIN“
