Oztops Super Simple Cider and Sparkling Wine
Imagine being able to take your favourite fruit juice and turn it into a sparkling cider! Oztops kits contain all you need to convert 50 litres of fruit juice into sparkling cider. You simply add a little yeast to your favourite juice, screw on the special Oztop lid (lids to fit most common fruit juice and soft drink bottles provided) and wait a couple of days. The yeast does its work and with the help of the special lid, you have a refreshing, sparkling fruit juice drink in just two or three days.
You can control the alcoholic content and the the dryness of the finished product by varying the fermentation time and adding extra sugar. By using a low, medium or high pressure lid, you are able to control the degree of carbonation. Recipes and a helpful fermentation graph make it easy to brew a tasty range of fizzy, fruit juice products.
