Ingredients:
· 2.25l of 40% Still Spirits Classic Tennessee Bourbon
· 2.25l of 40% Top Shelf Bourbon
· 2.25l of 40% spirit with a packet of SS Tennessee Bourbon chips
· Top Shelf Sweet Vanillin
· Top Shelf Premium French Oak
· Glycerine
How to Make it:
1. Allow the Bourbon Chips to steep in the spirit for two weeks. Strain the chips and mix all three spirits together.
2. Add 25ml of the Vanillin essence and 25ml of the Premium French Oak
3. Add 60ml of Glycerine
4. Mix well and allow to mature for a further four weeks.
