Wild Turkey Style Bourbon

Enjoy a Wild Turkey-style Bourbon - using Gobblers

Oak Chips to give it an authentic flavour.

Recipe:

You need:

4.5 Litres - 40% Spirit

1 Packet Top Shelf Gobblers Oak Chips

1 Packet Classic American Bourbon

1 Bottle Top Shelf Kentucky Bourbon

How to:

1. Soak the spirit on Top Shelf Gobblers Oak Chips for 2-4 weeks to fully

extract the bourbon flavour.

2. Strain off spirit, and make up 2.25 litres each of the Classic American

Bourbon and Top Shelf Kentucky Bourbon.

3. Blend equal amounts of the two bourbons**

4. Pour over ice, add a little Coke and enjoy!

** (Note: Do not blend the essences. Blending essences can result in certain

flavours being cancelled out by competing essences)
