Honey Bourbon
This is a honey bourbon developed and tested by two of our staff members:
James & Shantel. It is an unexpectedly smooth Bourbon-based liqueur. It has a warm honey taste & is versatile and delicious chilled, straight, or in cocktails. A deep golden hue, it has a nose of ripe citrus and an exceptionally smooth palate of sweet honey, vanilla and caramel with subtle bourbon notes and a long, rich finish. This is perfectly suited for after-dinner consumption.
Ingredients
50ml My Choice Bush Turkey Essence Makes 1.125L
100ml Glycerin
125ml Light Natural Honey
850ml of white spirit @ 45%
Method
1. Heat the honey in a microwave for 10 secs or until runny, if there is any honeycomb strain
through muslin cloth.
2. Combine the honey with the essence, glycerin & spirit. Mix thoroughly until all is dissolved.
3. Enjoy!
