Irish Mint Cream
You will need:
- 1 x Top Shelf Irish Mint Cream essence
- 1 x Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Base
- 1 x Top Shelf Irish Whisky Essence
- 1 x Bag of French Oak Chips
- 250ml boiling water
How to do it:
- Make up a bottle of Top Shelf Irish Whiskey using the recipe below. Measure out 500ml of the Irish Whiskey for this recipe.
- Pour 250ml boiling water into a mixing jug that will hold at least 2lt.
- Add the Cream Liqueur base and mix well until all the powder is dissolved. (Use a hand-held blender or whisk to help get all the lumps out).
- Add the whole bottle of Irish Mint Cream essence to the jug. Use some of the Irish Whiskey to rinse all the essence out of the bottle.
- Add the remainder of the Irish Whiskey and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a bottle.
- Top up with water to 1125ml and shake.
- Keep the bottle refrigerated for at least 24 hours before drinking and then store the bottle in the fridge.
