Caraileys Cream

Caramel - Whiskey - Irish Cream - Butterscotch

Ingredients for 1125ml:

• 1 x Brewers Choice Bold n Brave Whiskey
• 1 x Top Shelf Butterscotch Schnapps essence
• 1 x Top Shelf Irish Cream essence
• 1 x Spirits Unlimited Caramello essence
• 1 x Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Base
• 1 x Top Shelf Schnapps Base
• 250ml hot water
• White spirit approximately 1 litre plus an extra 650ml for the Butterscotch Schnapps

How to make it:

1. Mix 25ml Bold N Brave Whiskey essence in 1125ml white spirit
2. Mix the Butterscotch Schnapps Essence and Schnapps Base with 650ml White Spirit.
3. Put Cream Liqueur base into a jug that will hold at least 2ltrs
4. Add 250ml boiling water and whisk until it forms a smooth paste.
5. Add 25ml each of the Irish Cream and Caramello essences
6. Add the 50ml premixed Butterscotch schnapps
7. Top up to 1125ml with premixed Whiskey
8. Shake well and refrigerate for a few hours before drinking- enjoy responsibly.

Try it in a thick shake with vanilla ice cream or in hot coffee!
