Caraileys Cream
Caramel - Whiskey - Irish Cream - Butterscotch
Ingredients for 1125ml:
- 1 x Brewers Choice Bold n Brave Whiskey
- 1 x Top Shelf Butterscotch Schnapps essence
- 1 x Top Shelf Irish Cream essence
- 1 x Spirits Unlimited Caramello essence
- 1 x Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Base
- 1 x Top Shelf Schnapps Base
- 250ml hot water
- White spirit approximately 1 litre plus an extra 650ml for the Butterscotch Schnapps
How to make it:
- Mix 25ml Bold N Brave Whiskey essence in 1125ml white spirit
- Mix the Butterscotch Schnapps Essence and Schnapps Base with 650ml White Spirit.
- Put Cream Liqueur base into a jug that will hold at least 2ltrs
- Add 250ml boiling water and whisk until it forms a smooth paste.
- Add 25ml each of the Irish Cream and Caramello essences
- Add the 50ml premixed Butterscotch schnapps
- Top up to 1125ml with premixed Whiskey
- Shake well and refrigerate for a few hours before drinking- enjoy responsibly.
Try it in a thick shake with vanilla ice cream or in hot coffee!
