Cherry Brandy, Galileo, Khaloola, Mia Taria, Orange Liqueur
Makes 1.5 litres
Mix 900ml of Vodka or Alcohol Base (40%)
50ml of any of the above Edwards Essences.
Add 225g white sugar, 240ml Glucose and 150ml water.
Apricot Brandy, Black Sambuca, Southern Indulgence, Wee Dram, White Sambuca
Makes 1.5 litres
Mix 1.15 litres of Vodka or Alcohol Base (40%)
50ml of any of the above Edwards Essences.
Add 160g sugar and 180ml glucose .
Banana Schnapps, Butterscotch Schnapps, Coconut Rum, Hazelnut Liqueur
Lucky Lychee, Melon Liqueur, Peach Schnapps
Makes 1.5 litres.
Mix 850ml of Vodka or Alcohol Base (40%)
50ml of any of the above Edwards Essence.
Add 170g of sugar, 190ml glucose and 260ml of water.
Bananas & Cream, Butterscotch Cream, Coconut Rum & Cream, Hazelnut Cream,
Irish Cream, Khaloola & Cream, Mia Taria & Cream, Peaches & Cream
Makes 1.5 litres.
Mix 630ml of Vodka or Alcohol Base (40%)
50ml of the above Edwards Essences.
Add 170g of sugar, 190ml glucose and 490ml of cream
(use UHT Longlife cream for best results).
Absolutely Vodka, Bourbon, Brandy, Gin, Greens Creek Whisky, Iceberg Rum, Johnnie Jogger, Rum, Tequila, Whisky, White Rum, Sapphire Blue Gin, Scrub Turkey
Add 10ml (2 caps) to 700ml of Vodka or Alcohol Base (40%).
Contents of this bottle make 3.5 litres (5 x 700ml).

Add 1-4ml per 700ml to enhance the woody oak, aged character of your favourite classic style spirits
