Orange peel, dried
15g Coriander seeds, crushed

• Bring 1 litre of water to the boil; add orange and coriander turn heat down to
simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and add to your fermenter.
• Pour Golden Sheaf Wheat and Wheat Malt into fermenter and rinse cans.
*You can use the hot water from the Orange and Coriander to rinse the cans*
• Add hot water from the steeped hops bag, then re-cover the cup and hop bag.
• Add cold tap water and chilled water up to the 23 litres mark, aim for 20-22°c.
• Stir vigorously to aerate and mix all ingredients well.
• Sprinkle on Safwheat yeast, tip in hop bag and seal fermenter.
• Ferment as close to 18-20° as possible to avoid off flavours and smells.
Note:
Try to maintain a cool, even temperature in the fermenter, ideally down to 18°C. Place your fermenter next to brick walls or on a
cement slab. Place fermenter in a container, add some water, wrap it in a towel with one end in water, if the temperature is too high.
