Fizzy apple drink with bite!
Ingredients:
1kg Blackrock Apple Cider
1kg Dextrose
500g Lactose
50ml Apple Schnapps
How To:
*Empty contents of cider can into fermenter, refill
can with boiled water to rinse and add to
fermenter along with lactose, dextrose and apple
schnapps.
*Mix well, add cold water to 23 litres, add yeast.
*Ferment approximately 25’ for 10-14 days or until
S.G is 1006.
*Bottle with 2 carbonation drops, age 5 weeks and
enjoy on a hot day playing cards, Schnapp!
