FOR THE MASH:
2 kg lager malt
1 kg Wheat liquid malt
250g Caramunich grain
Mash Schedule: 60min
FOR THE BOIL:
10g Amarillo hop pellets (8.5%AA) – For Bittering
(Boil for 60min – 12 IBU)
25g Amarillo hop pellets (8.5 % AA) – For Flavour/Aroma
(Boil for 10min - 6 IBU)
20g Amarillo hop pellets (8.5 % AA) – For Aroma
(Boil for 0min - 0 IBU)
FERMENTATION:
Cool the wort and ferment as close as possible to 21°C
Preferably with White Labs WLP001 – California Ale Yeast
After 5 days fermenting add 5g Amarillo hops (Dry Hopping)
