Saf WB-06 Wheat Yeast
The Saf WB-06 wheat yeast is the perfect yeast for making wheat beers. The WB-06 wheat yeast is a speciality yeast selected for wheat beer fermentations. The yeast produces subtle estery and phenol flavour notes typical of wheat beers.
Ideal Fermentation Temperature is 18-24°C.
