Brewers Choice Artic Bear Rum

You will need:

  • 8ml Brumby Rum essence
  • 8ml Sunshine Gold Rum essence
  • 18ml Top Shelf White Rum Essence
  • 68ml French Oak Spirit
  • 10ml Glycerine
  • 900ml of any white spirit at 40%

Procedure:

  1. Prepare your French Oak Spirit by soaking 50gms of Toasted French Oak Chips in 1 litre of spirit for 10-14 days.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Your Rum is ready to go.   HOWEVER ! The longer you leave it the better it will taste and you will be rewarded.
